Turn in-person traininginto a course your team takes anytime.
No more booking a trainer for every new hire. Your existing slides, SOPs and drawings become an interactive course with animation, voice-over and quizzes: live in 3–5 weeks, and quick to update when things change.

No trainer on repeat
Build it once. Every new group learns on their own, and the explanation is the same every time.
- 02
Fast to deliver
A 15-minute course goes live 3 to 5 weeks after the material is in.
- 03
Fast to change
When a process or rule changes, I update the affected scenes and republish.
I’m Yan, a one-person interactive training studio. Industrial training material is usually expert, and hard to read. My job is to understand it, then explain it one sentence at a time.

My first full course was onboarding for the French plant of an international industrial coatings company: 7 modules, 76 minutes, French voice-over. Reading the material, scripting, animation and 3D, voice, quizzes and packaging were all done by me.
AI makes me fast; I check every line for accuracy and clarity myself. Background to add
- 01Slides and SOPs into interactive web courses
- 02Interactive 3D breakdowns of equipment and products
- 03Explainer animation and line drawings
- 04AI voice-over, technical terms checked one by one
- 05A short quiz after every module
- 06Offline web package, or a package for your LMS

Before we start,
you may be asking.
Book a 30-minute call
Tell me who the learners are and what they need to be able to do. I’ll tell you on the call how I’d build it and roughly how long it takes.
WeChat / LinkedIn to addWe only have one slide deck. Is that enough?
Enough to start. I’ll list what’s missing; most of it can be filled in during one 30-minute Q&A.
Our content is very technical. Will you understand it?
My first course was vacuum coating: materials, vacuum, plasma and testing. I read the material before writing, and anything I’m unsure of goes to your engineers as a question rather than a guess.
Will our material stay confidential?
Happy to sign an NDA. Material is used only for the project and never passed on; the portfolio shows de-identified versions only, with no company name unless you agree.
Human voice or AI voice?
AI voice by default, which makes changes easy; every technical term is checked. A human voice-over can be arranged.
Do we need to provide 3D files?
No. CAD files make it more accurate; without them I model from photos and drawings.
Where does the course live? How do people take it?
The offline web package runs from a shared drive or intranet with a double-click, or it goes into your existing LMS to track completion and scores.
When am I not the right fit?
Live-action video shoots, VR equipment training, or writing training content from scratch.
Can it be changed after delivery?
Small fixes are free for period TBD; content updates and extra languages are quoted separately.
You make sure it’s right.
I make sure it’s clear.
